Breast surgery is a medical specialty that includes various procedures such as treating breast cancer, removing a mass found in the breast, and filling the space left after breast tissue is removed. Breast surgery can be performed by itself or in combination with other treatments such as chemotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy and radiotherapy.
