Necklift surgery is performed with incisions made on the inside of the scalp or under the chin, especially in front of the ear, under the earlobe and behind the ear. The incisions made during the operation are microscopic. In some patients, if too much fatty tissue is found on the skin, it may be possible to reduce this tissue from the skin. In this way, it is possible to achieve both a more relaxed and a tighter appearance.
